The Association provides a wide range of SRH services to improve the health and quality of life for marginalized and underserved women and girls, with a focus on increasing access to Family Planning; Sex and Sexuality Counseling; Relationship Counseling; Infertility and Subfertility Prevention, Management and Treatment; Male Sexual Health; Sexually Transmitted Infections Prevention, Treatment and Management; Management of Childhood Illness and Immunization; Menopausa Counseling; Laboratory services/ Ultra Sound Scan; Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and Referral Services; Pediatrics Care; HIV/AIDS Counseling, Testing and Referral; Minor Ailment; and Obstetrics Care/Maternity Unit.
Provides support, access, and resources to help individuals and couples make informed choices about birth control, pregnancy, and overall reproductive health.
Creates a supportive and confidential environment for individuals to explore questions or concerns related to sexual health, intimacy, and personal identity.
Helps couples overcome challenges, enhance communication, and build deeper emotional bonds.
Offers delivery services, post-abortion care, antenatal and postnatal care, as well as minor and major surgical interventions.
Offers medical guidance, diagnostic testing, treatment, and management in assisting individuals and couples experiencing difficulties with conception.
PPASL has static clinics, outlets, and offices in seven of Sierra Leone’s sixteen districts. However, the Association provides services in eleven districts through mobile and outreach clinics, as well as community-based service providers/distributors.

Planned Parenthood Association of Sierra Leone’s (PPASL) Governance structure comprises eight Board Members known as the National Executive Committee (NEC).
PPASL’s Governance structure comprises eight Board Members known as the National Executive Committee (NEC). The NEC provides oversight in the implementation of the organization’s policies by the Senior Management Team (SMT). The composition of NEC: Two (2) Honorary Officers of the Association, and Six (6) members nominated and elected. The committee has 25% of youth representatives (female) between the ages of 18-24 years, while 50% are women elected by the Annual General Assembly from various fields ranging from Medicine/Public Health, Social Sciences/Humanities, Law, Communication/Media, Finance/Business Management, to Education.
